Mónica Benitez holds a Master of Arts in Counselling from Providence University College and is registered with the PACCP. Having lived in South America, she has an understanding and appreciation for cultural diversity giving her a unique perspective in transitioning from one culture to another.

Mónica recognizes the relationship created between the client and therapist is a key factor that helps to bring about change. Believing each person and their story is unique allows therapy to be tailored to the individual within a safe and non-judgmental space. Drawing on her empathetic nature, Mónica will provide the space to find one’s voice and sense of self.
