Meghan holds a Master of Arts in Counselling from Providence University College and an undergraduate honours degree in Psychology and is a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.

Through her collaborative and person-centered approach, Meghan brings an inclusive understanding of various social, environmental, biological, and spiritual dynamics that contribute to overall wellbeing.
Drawing from her naturally empathetic nature, Meghan creates a safe, non-judgemental space where clients can feel seen, heard and cared for.
